In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) (17 U.S.C. § 512) and international copyright regulations, we respond expeditiously to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy outlines our formal copyright compliance procedures, zero-storage technical architecture, and instructions for copyright owners to request content blocking.

Before submitting a takedown notice, it is important to understand how TtsaveHD operates:

• Non-Custodial Media Resolver:TtsaveHD is an automated, real-time technical utility designed to resolve public media stream URLs from user-supplied links.
• No Hosting or Archiving:TtsaveHDdoes not host, store, cache, upload, or archive any videos, audio tracks, or photos on its servers. All media files are fetched on-demand directly by the user's browser from third-party publicly accessible Content Delivery Networks (CDNs).
• Inability to Delete Source Content: Because we do not store files, we cannot delete or remove videos from the internet or from TikTok's servers. If a creator or copyright owner wishes to remove a video from the internet permanently, they must submit a copyright takedown directly to TikTok (tiktok.com), which immediately invalidates and breaks the public streaming link.

If you are a copyright owner (or an authorized agent acting on behalf of an exclusive rights holder) and believe that a specific public TikTok video URL or creator profile being processed through our URL resolver infringes upon your copyright, you may request that we block specific URLs or account identifiers from our system.

To be effective, your DMCA infringement notice must be sent via email to support@ttsavehd.com with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Request – TtsaveHD" and must include the following mandatory elements:

1. Physical or Electronic Signature: A signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
2. Identification of Copyrighted Work: Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or a representative list if multiple works are covered.
3. Identification of Infringing Material (Exact URLs): The exact, specific URL(s) on TtsaveHD or the specific public video/creator links that you wish to have blocked from our system. General homepages or broad keyword queries are insufficient.
4. Your Contact Information: Your full legal name, company name (if applicable), physical mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
5. Good Faith Statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
6. Perjury Statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Upon receipt of a valid, complete DMCA takedown notice containing all required elements specified in Section 3:

• Our compliance team will review the notice within 24 to 48 business hours.
• If valid, we will promptly add the specified URL(s), video ID(s), or creator account identifier(s) to our automated backend blocklist. Once blacklisted, our utility will refuse to process or resolve links for those specified URLs, effectively preventing users from downloading them through our tool.
• We will send a confirmation email to the complaining party once the block has been successfully applied.

• Repeat Infringers: In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, TtsaveHD maintains a strict policy of blocking accounts, IP addresses, or automated submitters found to be repeatedly attempting to bypass copyright protections or target blocked intellectual property.
• Counter-Notice: If you believe your content was wrongly blocked due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a formal Counter-Notice to support@ttsavehd.com containing your contact info, identification of the blocked URL, a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake, and consent to local federal jurisdiction.
